Shadows is a projection installation conceived by Elora resident Hadyn Watters. The general concept of this installation is the projection of various shadows in different states. The installation will occur during Elora's Monster Month celebration and the lead up to Halloween. The looped film of the shadows will run after nightfall, in order for the viewing audience to see the projections. The project add life to a place which isn't necessarily frequented during the night and encourages people to explore the streets after dark. The curiosity of the viewer to what exactly occurs in these buildings after nightfall is also addressed in Shadows. The window on Mill Street at the Gorge Cinema will be a perfect home for the project installation, and allow for ideal viewing. Intriguing and playful. Shadows will be an amazing addition to the many activities planned for Monster Month this October.
